Welcome to Playy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services. By using Playy, you agree to these rules. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What is Playy?

Playy is a platform to help you find tennis, padel, and pickleball partners, create games, and organize small tournaments. We are a technology provider, not a sports club or venue operator. We do not own or operate the courts listed in the app.

2. Accounts

• Registration: You must provide a valid mobile phone number to create an account.
• Security: You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your verification codes.
• Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use Playy.

3. User Conduct

We want Playy to be a friendly and safe community. You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Harass, bully, or threaten other players.
• Create fake games or spam the platform.
• Upload inappropriate or offensive content (e.g., in your profile picture).
• Scrape or collect data from the app without permission.

We reserve the right to ban or suspend any account that violates these rules.

4. Liability for Physical Activities

Play at your own risk. Tennis and other sports involve physical exertion and risk of injury. By using Playy to organize or join games, you acknowledge that:

• Playy is not responsible for your safety on the court.
• We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during games organized through the app.
• You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to play.

5. Court Reservations

Playy helps you coordinate games, but we do not manage court bookings.

• Indicating a court in the app does not guarantee a reservation at the venue.
• You are responsible for booking and paying for the court directly with the club or facility.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post (like your profile photo). By posting it, you grant us a license to display it within the app to other users.

7. Termination

You can stop using Playy at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
