The short version: We are an independent developer, not a data company. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we only collect the minimum information necessary to make the app work (like finding tennis partners near you).

• Account Data: When you sign up, we collect your phone number for authentication (via SMS verification). You may also provide your name and a username.
• Profile Data: You can optionally add a profile picture and set your skill level (1-10) to help find matching partners.
• User Content: We process the games you create or join, including dates, times, and locations.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Location Data (Optional): If you grant permission, we use your precise location to show you nearby courts and games. You can use the app without granting this permission by manually searching for locations.
• Contacts (Optional): If you choose to use the "Find Friends" feature, we may access your contacts list to identify other Playy users. We do not store your contacts list on our servers. We only use it momentarily to find matches.
• Device Data: We collect basic device information (model, OS version) to help with troubleshooting and app improvements.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to:

• Verify your identity and secure your account.
• Connect you with other players and games in your area.
• Send important notifications about your games (e.g., when someone joins your match).
• Improve the app's performance and fix bugs.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We do not display third-party advertisements.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to help operate the app. These providers have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

4. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

To request account deletion, you can:

• Use the "Delete Account" option within the app settings (if available).
• Email us directly at privacy@playy.app with the subject "Delete Account".
• Visit our Account Deletion Request page.

Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed from our active databases.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
